In this episode of Mon Bazou, I finally crossed a huge milestone with the sugar shack. I now have over 300 trees connected, and I made a major purchase by upgrading to the electric burner. This completely changes how maple syrup production works and allows it to run almost non-stop.

With production ramped way up, the sugar shack is starting to feel like a real operation. This upgrade is going to push progress forward in a big way, and it’s exciting to see everything finally come together in Mon Bazou.
