Since being coached by Ryan, Rory broke the Canadian half marathon record with a 1:01:08 finish at the Houston Half marathon in January and just 3 days prior to this workout Rory raced his first mile on the track since 2019 at the NAU indoor meet and ran a killer 4:07 which converts to a 3:58 at sea level. Here's to an exciting spring for Rory Linkletter.

The workout: 3 sets of (600m, 400m, 200m), 1 set of (400m, 300m, 200m, 100m)
