That’s one way to learn your ABC’s. Here’s an incredible way to master your stickhandling mobility.

There are so many points of contact with your sticks blade and the puck within each letter. Multi-point stickhandling is a great way to learn to feel the puck through your stick and into your hands. It’s like fiddling an object between your fingers to exercise dexterity.

SAVE this one for your stickhandling training session or as a warm up before a game. On or off the ice! SHARE with your hockey buddies too.

Start slow with each letter, get the feel for the movement and then complete each letter five times through as fast as possible for three sets each once you get the hang of it.
