This set includes two chiller sticks and a flat bottle opener, which is stowed beneath the packing inside the box. The sticks are made of stainless steel and measure 8.5” long. The steel is hard and durable with a smooth shiny finish. There are holes at the top that allow liquid to pass through, so you can drink out of the smooth lip on top or pour from the bottle. The edge of the underside of the lip is smooth, and the Letit.Beer logo is finely etched into the side so that it is not abrasive. The stick is liquid-filled and the bottom is rounded. Underneath the lip, there is a rubber seal so that the bottleneck will be leakproof with the stick installed.

The sticks need to be chilled int he freezer for several hours before use. When you want to use them, open your bottle and take a couple sips or pour some into a glass to make room for the stick. I usually leave enough clearance down to the base of the bottleneck. When inserting the stick, go slowly, and watch out for overflow from foam. Once the stick is all the way in, press down firmly on the top to create the leak-free seal. You’ll be able to drink or pour the beer through the stick which will keep your beverage cold for about 20-30 minutes. The stainless steel doesn't rust and won't affecting your drink's flavor or water it down like ice. These sticks work on any standard tall 12 oz bottle including soft drinks. Just note that the stick may be too long for short and squat bottles like imported Chimay and Heineken.
