Corrections:
5:12 To avoid damaging your elbow, do NOT snap straight, and do NOT try this with a heavier ball.
5:51 Again, start with a very light ball, even a football or softball, and do NOT snap the elbow straight. Do NOT do this with a heavier ball.
12:24 Not only is it harder to practice that motion in 2 separate parts with a heavier ball, you should NOT do this with a heavier ball to avoid injury. Practice with a light ball, then only do the full motion with your ball after you get used to the motion with a lighter ball.
