Xscape Drama continues over trademark, more stolen checks and more

Chile, just when we were all hoping that at a minimum sisters Tamika and LaTocha Scott were able to patch things up, word on the curb is that more stolen royalty checks have come to the surface.

All that glitters isn't gold. it is being reported that at one point, the tour bus that LaTocha was traveling on to promote that gospel album that don't nobody want, was grounded, everyone was put off, and their belongings being placed in the lobby of a building. The source says the bus was grounded due to failure to make payment and everyone who was a part of LaTocha's team was stranded, calling around, trying to get people to send them money so they could get home.

Knowing that she will never be accepted back into the group again, LaTocha threaten legal action against the group, Live Nation, other promoters, and Mona Scott Young's company Monami, in an effort to block the girls from getting to the bag or to sit back, do nothing, and collect a check off the name. The gimmie gotcha is, Tamika owns 50% of the trademark, thus the girls are free and clear to tour as Xscape.
