Ingredients for
Crispy Multi Flour Mathri
Wheat Flour - गेहूं का आटा - 1 cup ( 150 grams)
Refined Flour - मैदा - 1 cup, heaped (150 grams)
Semolina - सूजी - 1/2 cup ( 50 grams)
Oil - तेल - 1/4 cup (50 ml)
Carom seeds - अजवाइन - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - काली मिर्च 1/2 tsp, crushed
Kalonji - कलोंजी - 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Salt - नमक - 3/4 tsp or to taste
Ghee - घी - 2 tsp
Refined Flour - मैदा 2 tbsp

Oil for frying
