ดีย์ไปฝึกงานที่บริษัท DIFA บริษัทเอเจนซี่ชื่อดัง ที่กำลังโดนพิษโควิด กำลังต้องหาเงินมาช่วยพยุงบริษัทให้อยู่ต่อได้ ตกลงขายหุ้นให้คุณปู่ของดีย์และรับข้อตกลงไล่พนักงาน LQBTQ ออก ดีย์ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานจึงได้มาเจอกับไนท์ senior Marketing ที่ไม่ชอบทำงานกับใคร บวกกับดีย์หน้าเหมือนแฟนเก่าของไนท์ที่ทิ้งไนท์ไปในวันแต่งงาน ทำให้ไนท์ไม่อยากยุ่งกับดีย์ แต่ด้วยความตั้งใจของดีย์ จึงทำให้ไนท์ใจอ่อน จนทำให้เกิดความรักขึ้น เมื่อคุณปู่รู้เข้าจึงเข้ามาควบคุมบริษัท DIFA และไล่ไนท์ออก
สองธีร์ หนุ่ม AE มือวางอันดับ1 ในเรื่องการขาย แต่กลับไม่กล้าเปิดเผยความรู้สึกให้วีวี่ รุ่นน้องในมหาลัยได้รู้ จนได้มีอากาสมาทำงานด้วยกัน แต่ก็ยังไม่คืบหน้า เพราะสองธีร์และวีวี่ต้องเป็นคู่ปรับกันตลอด เมื่อดีย์รุ่นน้องเข้ามาจึงช่วยทำให้สองธีร์มีโอกาสได้บอกความรู้สึก แต่วีวี่จะรู้สึกด้วยไหม ความรักของทั้งคู่ จะเป็นยังไงในรรักป่วนก๊วนออฟฟิศ

Dee, the last remaining kin of the multi-million baht family wants to prove himself to his grandpa to see that he has talent. He also wants to live his life the way he wants to so he decided not to intern at his grandpa’s company. Because grandpa loves his grandchildren very much and wants to keep Dee in his sight, grandpa then secretly buys shares at the company Dee is interning at. Dee interns at a company called DIFA, a well known agency that has been affected heavily by COVID and needs resources or they will go bankrupt. After agreeing to sell shares to Dee’s grandpa with the condition that all LGBTQ employees must leave, Dee interns and meets Knight- a senior marketing employee. Knight does not like working with others and tries to ignore Dee. Because of Dee’s passion, it made Knight more open minded and love is sparked between them. When grandpa hears about this, he decides to take control of DIFA and fire Knight.
Songthee, the number one AE in the company excels in dealing with customers but has trouble with expressing his emotions and feelings towards Veve. Songthee knew Veve since university and decided to apply at the same company as Veve. There is no progress between them because of work conflicts as both of them are AEs. Dee, coming from the same university as Songthee, helps him express his feelings. The question is, will Veve feel the same? How will it turn out in Work From Heart?
