In this video we are talking about all things Cnicus Benedictus AKA Blessed Thistle. At the end of the video I will be sharing a liver detoxification & support tea.

This remedy has been in use since the time of Hippocrates, but she's been around for much longer than that.

Come get some of her wisdom, love & care from this powerhouse of an herb that can support your entire body that is wanting to reintroduce itself to you!

The liver detoxifying tea recipe that is shared in this video is bitter. So, if you are sensitive to bitters follow this recipe instead of the one given

[1:5] Dried herbs
2 parts Agrimony
2 parts Burdock Root
2 parts Nettle leaf
1 part Mint leaf
1/2 part Blessed Thistle
1/2 part Licorice Root
1/2 part Cinnamon Stick
1/2 part Ginger Root

Decoct the all roots & cinnamon stick for 15-20 minutes
Strain over the leafy herbs
Steep the leafy herbs for 20 minutes
Strain, add lemon or honey to taste & enjoy!
