What is the Jump Manual?

The Jump Manual is a training program designed specifically to increase your vertical jump. It was created by Jacob Hiller which is a world renowned top trainer who specializes specifically in the field of jumping.

Jump Manual takes a very comprehensive approach to the subject of jumping and it goes into detail about the science behind it. The Program offers a lot of information that's based on scientific studies and reveals all the elements needed to increase your vertical.

My story:

If you're reading this then you're probably trying to figure out what's the best vertical jump program for you. This is a question I asked myself too when I started my quest to increase my vertical.
