Neerja Pathania, a trailblazing entrepreneur and founder of Innovations Solutions & Events Pvt Ltd, a company with over two decades of experience in the industry. Starting from humble beginnings in Nagpur, her business has now expanded to cater to clients all over India.
During the challenging times of the pandemic, Neerja and her seven friends founded the WE 7 Care Foundation, a noble NGO dedicated to helping the NMC in every way possible. With a motto of "by women for women," Neerja and her team are passionately working towards creating a brighter future for women across India. In addition to her impressive business and philanthropic endeavours, Neerja is also a founding member of WANI - the Women Adventure Network of India. Now she is Treasurer and PR head of WANI. As the only trust dedicated to promoting women in adventure sports, WANI is a testament to Neerja's commitment to empowering women in all aspects of life.
