Hi guys! Welcome to the second installment of my Seoul travel VLOGs. 😊 In this video we go through everything I did around Seongsu, Gangnam and a bit of Dongdaemun.

Seongsu
📍Cafe Onion
Having heard about the long lines at the Cafe Onion Angus branch, we made the executive decision to try for the one in Seongsu instead. It was less crowded but it still served the same kinds of pastries you'd expect at the other branch. We split two items one sweet and one savory. The sweet one being their signature pastry and it didn't disappoint.
📍Monami Store
Since we had time to kill before our next stop we dropped into Monami which was another stationary store except this time it sold t-shirts too? Not as big as Made By but still worth checking out if you come across. it
📍Grandmother's Recipe
We were a bit too early for Grandmother's Recipe so we stepped out and went to a Photo Booth. By the time we got back they let us in early and we opted for their cheap weekday set lunches featuring homemade side dishes. A must try if you're in the area. Service isn't the fastest but the ambiance is relaxing.
📍Object
Similar to Monami and Made By, we stopped by Object in Seongsu to see what they had on display. I personally liked the selection at Object compared to the other two stationary stores. It isn't expensive either so you can definitely shop for souvenirs here.

Gangnam
📍NUDAKE Dosan House
I've been wanting to try Nudake for the longest time after seeing how eccentric the pastries and overall cafe atmosphere was. While it was expensive, I have to admit that the food and drinks were worth the hype. It's nice to visit once but I'm not sure if I would go back.
📍Tamburins Dosan House
This brand is by Gentle Monster and is a lot like Nonfiction. Tons of room scents, soaps and perfumes. It was surprising not as expensive as I had anticipated it would be so that was a nice surprise. Will definitely drop by again in the future to pick up some fragrances and hand creams.
📍Gentle Monster Dosan House
Quite possibly the most expensive store we entered on our trip. This brand has been around for quite some time and I remember watching Joanday (way back when) showcase it in her vlogs. It was nice to see the items in person and I'll definitely save up for a pair :)
📍GOTO Underground Shopping Mall
Having gone here on my last trip to Seoul, I knew I had to go back and window-shop a bit. While I might've liked the cheaper prices, the quality of the items were a bit questionable so unless you have time to kill this might not be the most optimal place to go shopping.

Dongdaemun
📍A Twosome Place
Had to sit down for a minute so we spotted this cafe right across our hotel. Not sure what Twosome means but nonetheless the desserts were perfectly sweet and had I had another chance to eat here, I would've.
📍Korean BBQ Restaurant Seouljib
Just a few minutes away from our hotel, I found this KBBQ place. The prices were decent, staff were friendly and efficient so it was a great away to end our second day in Seoul.
