Making a 1950s Tailored Shirt Dress | Vintage Sewing Projects

This is a video of me sewing a really cool tailored 1950's dress. This pattern is Butterick 6297 and was produced in 1954. The pattern back reads:

This "little" tailored dress is so handy for many occasions. Club collar is underscored with a cross button tab. Skirt has inverted center pleat, side button detail. Has short sleeve and three quarter sleeved options.
