Live Axle Swap for the Turbo Go Kart! | Tillotson 212 Install

The turbo kart finally gets a live axle!

In this video we install a go power sports live axle kit onto our 60's go kart! What it took to install it was cutting off all of the old parts with the one wheel peel frame. We had previously welded a new engine plate onto there so that wasn't an issue. After that was done we worked on cleaning up the metal and prepping the surface in order to weld on some axle bearing hangers. With these installed it was as simple as adding some paint and bolting them up! We also took the time to convert the kart to a hydraulic brakes so this go cart could really drift!
