EEPA 2024 - Just Go Zero Tilos (Greece) takes home the Grand Jury Prize

The European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA) 2024 concluded with a ceremony at the SME Assembly in Budapest, honouring exceptional initiatives advancing entrepreneurship across Europe.

The acclaimed Grand Jury Prize and the fifth category, 'Supporting the Sustainable Transition,' were awarded to ‘Just Go Zero Tilos’ by the Municipality of Tilos, Greece. This innovative project implemented an advanced waste management system that champions the circular economy, achieving a 93% recycling rate and diverting 100% of waste from landfills. Through business engagement, new technologies, and community consultations, it has become a replicable model for sustainable waste management.
