如何製作綠豆馬蹄爽?

以下落嚟我就教大家如何製作綠豆馬蹄爽

綠豆馬蹄爽

材料:
開邊綠豆220克
冰糖120克
馬蹄10粒
馬蹄粉4湯匙
水1500毫升

1. 將綠豆洗淨不用浸直接放入電飯煲加入相當於煲一杯米份量的水來煲就可以,然後按快煮制
2. 將1500毫升水加入冰糖加熱待冰糖溶化
3. 馬蹄洗淨㓟皮切細粒備用
4. 四湯匙馬蹄粉加入四湯匙水攪勻備用
5. 冰糖溶化後再將馬蹄粒加入,用中細火煮10分鐘
6. 將綠豆煲好加入糖水中 滾起後一邊加入馬蹄粉水一邊攪拌 再返滾起後即成

Ingredients:
220g mung bean
120g rock sugar
10 water chestnuts
4 tbsp water chestnut powder
1500ml water


1. Wash the mung beans and directly put into the rice cooker without soaking, add the amount of water, which is equivalent to cooking a cup of rice, and then press the quick-cooking method.
2. Add 1500ml of water to rock sugar, cook on medium-low heat until rock sugar dissolves
3. Wash the water chestnuts and cut it into small pieces for later use
4. Add 4 tablespoons of water chestnut powder to 4 tablespoons of water, mix well and set aside
5. Add water chestnuts after the rock sugar dissolves, cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat
6. Add the boiled mung bean to the soup after boiling add the water chestnut paste and keep stirring until the soup re-boiling again then serve
