My formal will is complete. We are closing in on the final stages of me pursuing treatment. If no progress is made in an acceptable time, I will publicly denounce our incredibly broken system(s) and take my own life.

I will take my own life not because of "generic depression," "irrational behaviour" or any other incorrect label but because of inhuman psychogenic (sometimes interpreted as neuropathic) pain that is akin to my body being an acid bath.
