Ingredients:
For the chicken marinade:
-500grms chicken breast
-1 cup yoghurt
-1tsp cumin powder
-1tsp garam masala
-1/2tsp chili powder
-1tsp salt
-1 tbsp grated ginger
-1tbsp grated garlic
-juice of half lemon

-1 large onion
-ginger, thumb size
-2 garlic cloves
-1tsp each of coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika powder and garam masala
-2 large tomatoes
-1tbsp tomato paste
-1cup cooking cream
-vegetable oil for cooking
-salt to taste
