"1. Safety Precautions:

Disconnect the battery and ensure the vehicle is parked on a stable, level surface.
2. Disassemble Components:
Remove the cab and body from the chassis.
Remove the wheels, tires, and axles.
Remove the suspension, engine, and transmission.
3. Overhaul the engine:
Remove the cylinder head and inspect the valves, pistons, and cylinders.
Clean and replace or repair damaged parts as necessary.
Reassemble and adjust engine torque to specifications.
4. Overhaul the transmission:
Remove the transmission and inspect the gears, bearings, and shafts.
Clean and replace worn or damaged parts.
Reassemble and adjust transmission torque to specifications.
5. Overhaul the axle:
Remove the axle shaft and inspect the bearings, seals, and gears.
Clean and replace damaged components.
Reassemble and torque axles to specifications.
6. Suspension Overhaul:

Check leaf springs, shock absorbers, and bushings.
Replace or repair damaged components.
Torque suspension components to specifications.
7. Electrical System Check:
Check wiring, connectors, and electrical components.
Clean and replace or repair damaged components as necessary.
Test electrical system to ensure proper operation.
8. Reassemble:
Mount engine, transmission, and axles to frame.
Mount cab and body.
Install wheels, tires, and suspension components.
9. Finish:
Fill engine with oil and coolant.
Connect battery and check fluid level.
Start engine and test vehicle to ensure proper operation.
10. Quality Control:
Perform thorough inspections to verify the quality of the overhaul.
Conduct test drives to evaluate vehicle performance and safety.
