Orsolya Szabó, CEO and Co-Founder of InvestCEE LegalTech Consultancy

Orsolya co-founded InvestCEE in 2017 to help legal teams get practical with their digital transformation strategy, implement legaltech tools and make the most of their investment into legal process innovation. Prior to her leap into legal entrepreneurship, Orsolya was an M&A transaction lawyer and spent 11+ years in the Budapest office of White & Case and Dentons advising on cross-border commercial deals in Central Eastern Europe. She holds and LL.M in Human Rights from Central European University and is passionate about increasing the decision-making role of women in business and legal work processes. Orsolya is an ambassador for ELTA in Hungary.

Kaisa Kromhof, CEO and Co-Founder of Contract Mill

Kaisa is lawyer-entrepreneur, passionate about changing the way how lawyers work and serve their customers with the help of tech. Prior to co-founding Contract Mill, she was General Counsel of Enics AG, an international electronics manufacturing service provider headquartered in Switzerland. The years in business, both as provider of internal legal services, and as customer to numerous law firms globally, have given her clear vision on how to design services in truly customer centric way. Kaisa has LL.M. in Law from University of Helsinki, Finland and she is also an ambassador for ELTA in Finland.

Alex Hamilton, CEO and Co-Founder of Radiant Law

With a vision to set-up a firm that was both innovative and creative in meeting clients’ needs, Alex co-founded Radiant Law and has been a full-time CEO since 2014. Before founding Radiant Law, Alex was a Partner at Latham & Watkins and co-Chair of Latham & Watkins’ global Technology Transactions Group. Alex has led a number of projects that have been recognized by the FT’s Innovative Lawyer Awards and was shortlisted for the FT’s 2010 Innovative Lawyer of the Year award. Ha is also recognized in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as a ranked expert for IT and for outsourcing.

Prof. Dr. Florian Gerlach, Attorney, University Lecturer and Co-Founder of IJOS

As an attorney specialized in administrative law, Florian has been advising and representing youth welfare institutions, municipalities and seekers of help in the field of child and youth welfare law since 1993. Since 1997, Florian has been a university lecturer for the fields of youth welfare and family law at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Bochum. In 2005, Florian co-founded IJOS, a consulting company advising social economy organizations and companies in the field of child and youth welfare as well as handicapped assistance.

Hannele Korhonnen, Co-Founder and Chairman of Contract Mill

Hannele is a lawyer-entrepreneur with 17+ years of legal expertise in multinational corporations and startups. She holds an LL.M in Law and a B.sc in Economics and has been a trusted advisor in high tech and banking fields. Hannele developed her commitment for tech-assisted and client-focused legal service delivery as a founder of law firm Villa Lex. Besides her current role with Contract Mill, Hannele is a passionate advocate for using technology and design to improve access to justice for all.
