Its not 100% the same base, but it is in my opinion better than the first one.
With some new features I've managed to bring the total Elements down from 600 ish, to a total of 405, which is a major difference for a much stronger base.

Its located in A4, numpad 5, along the white road going South to North.

Some extra thanks to ‪@smarft‬ for bringing the 1/4 walls to light, as well as the shooting floor, as it and they play a huge part of this base.
