Ableton Live’s new device - Move!!

Joseph Haley on Elektron Digitakt, Digitone, Buchla 200, Eurorack, Op1, Dot Com, and more. The streams are recorded live and the techno is also made live. The feel is always changing, and it's a combination of experimentation and playing. The studio runs through 500 series preamps by Radial. Ableton Live is the DAW, and the sound card is the Presonus Quantum 2626.

Thanks for stopping and listening to the music. I put a lot of time and effort into recording and maintaining the studio and streaming quality. The curation has been over years of experimentation and using what works. I need direct connection modules that typically do not have menus or subsystems. I use a few complicated modules, but the Buchla and Dot Com are based on old systems that are one function modules.

The Elektron sequencers are the pinnacle to me of Roland Esq.. sequencing with the modern twist of Trig and Parameter Locks. The Digitakt was purchased used recently for about 450$ and so was the Digitone. I upgraded from the Octatrack MK1 because I like how the Digitakt saves sounds per track unlike the MK1 Octatrack. The Digitone is my favorite poly synth, and the modular makes most of the weird sequenced sounds. I enjoy 4ms, SSF, Erica, Synth Tech, Mutable Instruments, Behringer, and Tokyo Tape Music Company.
