The Octane Chip Guard is designed to save you time! T-Slot tables have been a staple for years, with almost every machine built today utilizing them. While t-slots are extremely versatile, chips piling up inside them has always been a problem. With our guards installed, the entire machine is easier to wash down and keep production running. When chips are not trapped the coolant helps flush them from the enclosure automatically. The amount of time saved cleaning up can be staggering.

Made from high temperature silicone rubber, our Chip Guard is cost effective, durable, and sleek. We several color options available. Operator morale will improve with a machine that is much easier to keep spotless, and especially when swarf isn't ricocheting back at them from the T-Slots!

Installation-No special tools are needed to install, simply trim to length with a utility knife or scissors. Pinch the flexible legs and press straight down into the t-slot. We prefer to press the Chip Guard until it is flush with the t-slots chamfer. The compressed silicone will retain itself for a very secure hold.
