PlayStation 4

1. Quit the game if you have it running.

2. Go to your Library.

3. Choose Purchased.

4. Select the game.

5. Scroll down to Playstation Store and then scroll to the right and open My Add ons.

6. Find the content that needs installed and install it.

7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.

For all Platforms, after tutorial and if it still dont works try deleting and reinstalling the game.
Ik it will take up time but I did hear that it worked for some others doing that. If you got it to
