I saw this style of burger being made and it reminded me of the square burgers at Wendy's. Although there will be no Frosty, this sure is a tasty burger that has no real mess associated with it.

Ingredients:
2.5 lbs of ground beef
1 package of onion soup mix
Chopped Cilantro
3 diced garlic cloves
Seasoning salt
Worcestershire sauce

Cooking:
Place a piece of wax paper on the top piece of a broiler pan
Spread the burger meat on top evenly
Place an additional piece of wax paper on top of the meat
Flip
Remove the top piece of wax paper
Put the broiler pan back on top
Flip over again
Remove the remaining piece of wax paper

Add the bottom of the broiler pan and put it into the oven at 425 for 20 mins.

Once finished, remove and decorate with cheese or whatever you like.
