Welcome to Day 1 of my 2020 fall photography trip to Utah! This year's trip was amazing and a much needed break from everything going on in the world. In late October, my friend Tommy and I departed my home airport and headed west. Our destination was Albuquerque with a fuel stop in Elk City, Oklahoma. It was a beautiful day to fly, but WINDY along the second half of the route! A 30-35 knot headwind slowed progress, but I honestly didn't care. I was so excited to be making the trip at all that not even the wind could phase me. (And that's a good thing because we REALLY faced some wind during this trip!)
