Switchback Energy Investigation: Impact On SBE Stock?

Levi & Korsinksy, a litigation firm, is starting an investigation into the merger of Switchback Energy, the SPAC that’s going to acquire ChargePoint. The firm investigates whether it's fair that SBE shareholders will own 10.3% of the shares of ChargePoint and whether the 'material facts' with regards to the merger between Switchback Energy and ChargePoint have been properly disclosed.

In this video we compare the percentages of shares that are held by stockholders: ChargePoint versus Hyliion and Luminar. We also talk about whether it might have been unclear for shareholders that we were just going to get 10.3% of the ChargePoint shares.

FYI: I definitely respect Levi and Korsinsky for the work they do. It’s good to see people defending shareholders like you and me. Also, the merger is coming closer and closer as well, it should happen around the 15th of December. Plus, Biden will be the next president in the United States, and he’s already said he’ll push EV adoption. He wants to build many new charging stations in the US in the next 10 years, so that’s a very nice additional tailwind for ChargePoint.
