Ryzen 5 1600: 2 year old stock thermal paste vs DeepCool Z5 comparison

I have my Ryzen for 2 years and never replaced its thermal paste. Its temperature was getting a little high, so I thought it would be necessary to replace the thermal paste with something else. The DeepCool Z5 was one of the cheapest good thermal paste I found here in Brazil, and even if it is not the best, it will certainly meet my needs.
The problem is that the stock thermal paste is very sticky, and when I tried to remove the cooler it got stuck. I managed to succesfully remove the cooler but I almost broke my CPU. I also cleaned the coolers and my GPU, but I didn't replace it's thermal paste, only the CPU's.

Please note that I'm not a "professional benchmarker". It's my first video like this and I not planning to do more. I just tried to capture the before & after the cleaning.
I chose games that I have installed and that demand more CPU processing. We all know that Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot of performance issues but I'm not evaluating its FPS, but CPU usage and temperature. I know that I may not be using the optimal graphic settings, but I still had fun playing.
