We visit the home of Lechon in Cebu, Talisay Lechon Food Park. Sunday morning was busy, the queues were long, but the crispy, juicy, succulent pigs were hot and plentiful. Of all the lechon we have eaten, this was the best. The skin was perfect and the meat juicy, but the overall flavour won us over. We also explored a little of Talisay, a great place in the Philippines
