Ingredients
Cooking Oil for frying
1 tsp of Corn Flour (to prevent Oil from splashing)
2 pcs of Hard Tail Scad (Ikan Cencaru)
6 pcs of Kaempferia Galanga (Daun
2 pcs of Banana Leaves
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Sugar

Blending Ingredients
3 tbsp of Cooking Oil
3 tbsp of Water
5-6 pcs of Shallots
5-6 cloves of Garlic
1 pc of Big Red Chilli
1 thumb size of Fresh Turmeric
1/2 thumb size of Ginger
1 stalk of Lemongrass
1 cup of Dried Chillies
2 cups of Fresh Grated Coconut (Blend this last)

This is one of the Malaysian-Nyonya recipe you should know. Absolutely appetizing and delicious.
Stuffed with the Sambal and then pan-fried/ grilled, these cooking methods produce a slightly charred on the outside while keeping the inside flesh firm and juicy.
