How long will she last?! 😴

This patient came into the OR with the best energy, and when the anesthesia challenge started, she did not disappoint. 👏🏻

She took on Wannabe by the Spice Girls—complete with dance moves—and let’s just say my millennial staff was absolutely living for it. 🌶️

Her joy was contagious, filling the room with laughter as she belted out lyrics and kept the performance going.

But, as always, anesthesia had the final say. 💤

Though her eyes weren’t fully closed at the end, she had reached full sedation, and we cut the camera when the singing (and dancing) stopped. 🎬

We do these challenges to bring a little fun to the OR before surgery, and moments like this remind us why we love what we do.
