Market Snapshot for June 8 - Vernon Real Estate Sales Update for May 2023

~ 196 sales for May, that is an increase from April of this year which were 168. Compared to April 2022 there were 229 sales in that month that translates into a 38.34 decrease year over year.

~ Inventory is 1,142 total listings on the market, finally over a thousand. Up year over year which was at 794 listing on the market same time last year.

~ Absorption is the highest we've seen since July of 2022 at 26.25 indicating growing demand.

~ We are still in that balanced Market territory!
