USF4 Steam, Network Lag hack

This one also has a name hack, I forgot the name on ranked but this is the same gameplay.

The final hit has been lagged out, so the hacker got a hit and an ultra back while my character could not move at 0:42 and then 1:21, it happens usually more often and more subtle than this, so sometimes a combo would become an "American reset", whatever that means; I already dialed combo back to c.lp c.lp c.mp, the all merciful hacker network still won't tolerate that level of skill being executed.

There is really no reason to play anyone outside of North America, even continental connection is questionable in quality, this is a misclick into a Brazil match, it seems that the connection has more to do with how "dedicated" the connection is, even then, I try to avoid these foreign connections as much as possible, it's not going to be a very good experience for a fighting game like this.
