Inaugurating Maersk Air Cargo Hub in Billund, Denmark | Maersk Global Logistics

On the 20th March we announced the inaugural flight of our new air freight service between Billund, Denmark (BLL) and Hangzhou, China (HGH)✈

During the inauguration ceremony, we celebrated not only our new Eurasia operation but also marked the opening of our air freight hub at Billund Airport in Denmark. During the ceremony, we spoke to Michel Pozas Lucic, Global Head of Air & LCL at Maersk, and Lars Vorm Rudnicki, VP of Indirect Procurement and Supplier Development at Danfoss.

The new air freight service with three weekly flights is operated by Maersk Air Cargo, our internal cargo airline.
