It's important to feel confident at work and to build confidence at work. It helps people build trust in you. It convinces your manager you're capable of high-level projects. And it can even get you promotions or pay rises. It's actually not that hard to build confidence at work. But if being confident in the workplace is something you want to work on, you will need to develop some strategies to know what to do.

In this video, I go through five strategies you can use to feel confident at work. When you start to implement these strategies, you will not only start to feel more confident from within but you will also look more confident to others. And this is key in building confidence at work - you need to convince others you are a confident person so you can get the opportunities you want!
