Mental health awareness month comes to me as a two sided coin as someone who has the bipolar type of schizoaffective disorder. On one hand, good things are happening, like starting a podcast and May being mental health awareness month! So many good things. On the other hand… things aren’t going great, and I kinda needed… a lithium adjustment. So this is the update where I address all of it. Mental health is always something on my mind, and as it often goes, it’s been on my mind a lot more lately.
