Difficulty: Normal

This achievement requires you to use a Sniper rifle, and although it is possible with any of them it is highly recommended that you use the Nagant Sniper Rifle (Rep 54), or Thanatos .50 cal (Rep 65) if you have them unlocked.

Now, start a Bank Heist on Normal difficulty with AI turned off. It doesn't matter what type of Bank Heist you select, but I used cash in my example. Feel free to use your preplanning stage to select health and ammo dead drops on the map beforehand just in case you need them.

As soon as the level starts, you'll want to locate the back parking lot and in the corner you'll notice a building wall, and this is where 3-4 enemies will repel from at the same time for the achievement. To trigger their spawn, go loud! This will cause the alarm to be triggered and within a minute or two you will get your first police assault, which will be displayed in the top right corner in yellow text. This will last 2 minutes, and then another one will start 2 minutes after it ends. You want to be in the parking lot next to the dumpster when the 2nd police assault starts. At the very beginning of the 2nd assault, 3-4 enemies will repel down from this roof at the same time and align when they land on the ground. Stand up, align your shot, and go for it. You can hit them anywhere with the .50 cal, upper body or higher using the Nagant, and headshots using the two lower powered snipers. If you are able to kill at least 3 enemies with 1 bullet, the achievement will unlock.

Note: It is also possible to have enemies repel off this roof in between police assaults if they are dropped off on the roof via a helicopter so keep an eye out if you'd like.
