Went for a walk on the boardwalk around Deer Lake only to discover part of it is under construction. After managing to not get lost on the detour I found the boardwalk and had an enjoyable time being out, hearing the birds and enjoying the sun. One last bit of summer before it's crispy leaves and cups of hot chocolate. :)
