Chattanooga murder trial: Suspect's lawyers push to have evidence thrown out at trial

Lawyers for a man accused of the brutal murder of a Chattanooga woman appeared in court on Friday to continue to make their case that some evidence in the case should not come to light in his trial.

The victim, Jasmine Pace, was stabbed to death. Her body was then stuffed in a suitcase and dumped near the Tennessee River.

At the latest hearing, the biggest topic of debate was exactly who entered into the accused murder's apartment before police went inside.
