Hi guys!
I am So glad you all enjoyed the last workout! Today we will focus on our abs, specially the lower abs. I also incorporated the last two workouts targeting the obliques (Side Abs).
This is a great routine because most of you can do as it is a bit more gentle compared to the more hard core ab exercises.

Another great thing is that it is also Diastasis (ab separtaion) friendly for all the new moms working hard to close the abs separation after childbirth

When performing these exercises remember to keep your abs engaged throughout the movement to protect your lower back.
