Base:
Rice – 1 cup (cooked & cooled)

Milk – 3 tbsp or ¼ cup (for that silky texture)

Curd (Dahi) – ¾ cup (fresh & thick)

Salt – As per taste 🧂

Garnish Goodness:
Grated Carrot – ⅓ cup 🥕

Chopped Coriander (Dhaniya) – ¼ cup 🌿

Pomegranate (Anar) – ¼ cup (juicy little bursts!) ❤️

Flavor-Packed Tempering (Tadka):
Mustard Seeds (Rai) – 1 tsp

Urad Dal – 1 tsp

Peanuts – 2 tsp (for the crunch!)

Cashews (Kaju) – 6-7 pieces

Dry Red Chillies (Gundu / Lal Mirch) – 2

Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) – 1 sprig

Oil – 2-3 tsp

🔥 How to Make It – Step by Step:
🍚 1. Prep the Rice Base:
Cook the rice and allow it to cool completely.

Add milk, curd, and salt to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Optional: Refrigerate it for an hour or overnight for extra chill vibes ❄️

Mix in grated carrots, coriander, and juicy pomegranate pearls.
