Ingredients
500mls (2 cups) Thickened Cream
36g (1/4 cup) Powdered Sugar Sweetener
15g (1tbsp) Unsalted Butter

Pour the cream, sugar and butter into a non stick saucepan and stir on medium heat. Once mixtures comes to a gentle boil, turn heat down to low and continue stirring at a simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or when mixture has reduced by half.
The consistency will be thicker with a light yellow color. Transfer to a clean mason jar and allow to cool down. When at room temperature go ahead and use it in your keto desserts. Or use at a later time and leave in the fridge for up to 6 months. Sweetened Condensed Milk needs to be at room temperature when you decide to use it.
