Oak Island NC Kayaking offers endless adventure opportunities! Ride with us on an ALL DAY kayak trip exploring the Intracoastal Waterway and Canals of Oak Island NC by kayak with Brian Inskip at Surf Homes NC. We didn't bring any food along on this trip so watch us fishing and crabbing as we try to catch dinner. Were we successful in catch & cook eating what we catch or do we end up starving? This kayak adventure is full of local hot spots, fishing, a quick stop at Lonerider Brewery and kayaking on Davis Canal , Montgomery Slough kayaking and ending up at Sheep Island by kayak. We even made a stop at Lone Rider Brewery!
We launched form the Oak Island Recreation Center public Kayak Launch on Oak Island and kayaked around 7 miles to Sheep Island at "The Point", Oak Island.
Along the trip we explore some of the waterfront homes for sale and real estate options in Oak Island, NC. We saw homes with ocean views, canal homes with floating docks & Boat lifts and some amazing homes on the Intracoastal Waterway.
We fish all along the way but be sure to watch to the end for an epic Oak Island NC Fishing experience!
