NSWDR 42101, 4708 and 42107 - Lachlan Valley Railway Golden West Tour

What's Interesting Wednesday. The Lachlan Valley Railway Golden West Tour

The Lachlan Valley Railway ( https://www.lvr.com.au/upcoming-events ) held it's Golden West Tour 24-28th Mar 2024. On the 25th the train left The Rail Motor Society ( https://www.trms.org.au/index.htm ) Paterson, where it had stabled overnight, and proceeded to pick up it's passenger at Branxton for the leg to Werris Creek. The train was powered by NSWDR 42101, NSWDR 4708 and NSWDR 42107. This footage was captured as the train made its way to Branxton.

Unfortunately the sound is awful as this was recorded way back when I didn't realise that it was possible to plug the microphone in and for it to feel like it was fully in but not realise that it has 0.01mm to go. So sometimes the sound sounds OK, at at other times it has a weird ringing effect.

What's Interesting Wednesday. I have a bunch of videos of stationary and traction steam engines, old railmotors, modern trains that happen to show up whilst waiting for steam trains, old tractors, and just 'stuff' that interests me and so might interest you. I've therefore decided that Wednesday will be the day reserved for interesting stuff that isn't steam trains.
