What do you do with a card when the unthinkable happens? Today I'm going to show you how to create this lovely cutaway Tea Party in a Box card. And I'm also going to show you how I fixed a major card making blooper!

BASIC MEASUREMENTS:

All measurements are given width x height (think 8 1/2" x 11" paper)

Card Base: 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock trimmed to 11" x 5".
Score at 3 1/2" and 4"
Trim the offcut to a height of 5" and join to the card cover with 1/4" Scor-Tape.
Trim the card front to measure 5 1/2" x 5".
Solid Cardstock liners: (2) 5 3/8" x 4 7/8"
(2) 6 7/8" x 4 7/8"
Patterned Paper Liners: (2) 5 1/8" x 4 5/8" matted on slightly larger kraft card
(1) 6 5/8" x 4 5/8" matted on slightly larger kraft card
Box Pocket: 7" x 3 1/2" panel of solid cardstock. Score (2) 1/2" lines on both
sides and the bottom. Then trim out as seen in the video.
Box Pocket Liner: 4 7/8" x 2 3/8" kraft; 4 5/8" x 2 1/8" patterned paper
Border strip: 1 1/2" x 4 5/8" matted on slightly larger kraft.
