Keithley 175 DMM

This is a Keithley 175 DMM, a 4 1/2 digit multimeter with bunch of really fine capabilities that is a product of the early 1980's.

The 175 can measure:
DC volts from 200mv FS (full scale), to 1000v FS in 5 ranges, with 11 meg of impedance, or with 1Gig ohm of impedance available on the 200 and 2 volt ranges. The extra impedance gives it extra capability when it comes to measurements where loading can be problem.

TRMS AC (True Root Mean Square) 200mv FS to 750rms FS in 5 ranges, 10 Meg ohm impedance on 20v/200v/1000v ranges, 11Meg ohm on 200mv and 2v ranges.

Ohmmeter 200 ohm fs to 200 Megohm fs in 5 ranges

DC/AC amps - 200μa to 10amps in 5 ranges and extra input, resolution as low as 1na at 200μa

DATA LOGGING capability - stores 100 readings, readings can be set to automatically record from as fast as 3x per second to 1 reading per hour.

Can record and display Min and Max readings

FRONT PANEL CALIBRATION CAPABILITY - makes it easy to touch up calibration, and more accurate because the unit does not need to be open to calibrate it! (saving the effects of warm-up).

Converts voltage readings to db, referenced to 600 ohm

Has Zeroing button
