Traveling from Australia to one of our favourite foodie destinations in Southeast Asia.
Landing on the Island of Penang at Penang International Airport we make our way to our stunning 5-star luxury resort, the PARKROYAL, Batu Ferringhi.
What an incredible resort. We absolutely love this place!
We explore the resort, the beach, the night markets and the local hawker center to devour some authentic Penang hawker street food. It's cheap and it's delicious.
Penang is known as the foodie capital of Malaysia with a melting pot, of centuries of multicultural influences from China, India, the Middle East, Europe and of course the incredible local Malay culture. We will explore the UNESCO heritage Georgetown in later videos and show you how truly beautiful and this part of Malaysia is.
It is a hot spot for foodies from all over the world wanting to eat this delicious Malaysian cuisine.
We have a really fun day meeting the very talented hotel staff and settling in for our very exciting, Penang, Malaysia, foodie adventures.
