Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This is an old fashioned pineapple upside down cake that is very buttery and delicious! Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside Down Cake:
Topping:
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 - 20 ounce can sliced pineapple, well drained
Cake (cream together):
I stick of butter, softened
2 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Add to creamed mixture alternately beginning and ending with flour: (DO NOT OVERMIX HERE)
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, sifted first, then measured
1/2 cup whole milk
