Here are some key tricks if you wanna learn...
1. It's easier to do it with 2 hands, than 1.

2. Fold your tongue backwards on top of itself, then put your fingers over it to keep it in place.

3. The size and shape of the triangle you make (between your fingers and your lip) is what matters. A big part of succeeding is trying different fingers and finger positions.

I had the most luck using two pinkies and forming a smaller triangle.

4. It's easier to do if you wet your fingers and lower lip.

5. Take breaks. It's much easier to make progress if you start fresh every hour, vs. trying to bash your way through with repetition.

6. Once you start to get a clearer whistling sound, make smaller adjustments until the sound "clicks" into place.

At this point, your whistle can get LOUD. Loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage. If you wanna practice at this stage, it really helps to have earplugs or headphones to protect your ear drums.
