OP Machine Tech Rush Build

Probably one of the strongest builds in PvP at this time, this build focuses on using the habitat origin to rush tech early, get an arc furnace up and running as early as year 7 and stack an impressive amount of alloys to dish out an imposing fleet at year 30!

PvP Settings used here:
0.75x tech and tradition cost
1.75, 0.15 growth settings
